New York - February 23, 2010 -- We are pleased to release this official information about a very notable upcoming event that will take place on March 20th, 2010 starting at 10:00pm at SAPONY Nightclub in Astoria, NY.

2B NYC, a new venture in the New York City nightlife headed by Bedo Stambolyan and Bozhidar Bachvarov offering new ideas and quality events to the public has now started a series of events including top European electronic musicians and producers, as special guests in New York. Working in conjunction with 4N Power Entertainment (Chicago), we have secured the appearance of DJ Steven - founder of Metropolis and one of the most notable pioneers of house music in Eastern Europe.

DJ Steven started dj-ing professionally in 1990. he got the bug of turntablism from the early stars of hip-hop like grandmaster flash, kool herc and afrika bambaataa. his love for hip-hop took him to the finals of the first bulgarian dmc championship in 93 where he won the title together with his team tall, fat & small. in 94 they took part in the world finals at the ministry of sound, london. the same year dj steven was voted best dj in bulgaria. With the rise of house and techno steven got more and more interested in the even flow of the kick drum. all this plus the pure sound energy of german legends krafwerk made him spin lots of house & techno music in his sets.

SAPONY Nightclub will host the event on March 20th, 2010. The vintage venue located at 37-27 32nd Street in Astoria, NY (11101) is just a 5 minute walk from Queens Plaza train station, right off of the 59th street bridge.

Tickets for this event are available both online and by print. Advanced tickets will be sold a reduced price of $10. Tickets at the door will also be sold (if event is not sold out) at an increased price. VIP tickets will be available through our promotional network. VIP tickets will be sold in packages including bottles, tables & signed material.
