Do I have to pay to send messages and use Live Chat?

Yes, these services are payed. Standard members should purchase VIP Membership in order to send messages and use Live Chat.

How can I upgrade my Standard membership to VIP?

Here you can choose the type of VIP membership that best suits you.

Can I buy VIP Membership for someone else?

Once you are logged in to your account visit this link: http://www.kvostava.us/m/memberships/

Here you can choose the type of VIP membership that you want to buy as a gift for another member.

Once you have made the payment, please e-mail us the username of the  member you wish to give the VIP Membership to. We will make sure to tell them about your kindness and activate their VIP Membership.

Do I need a PayPal account to make the payment?

No. It is not necessary to have or create PayPal account to make the payment.

On the checkout page PayPal gives you the option to pay securely with credit/debit card.

How can I pay with credit/debit card?

Once you chose the type of VIP memberhip you want to purchase and click the Subscribe button, you will see the PayPal checkout page.

Click on the link saying "Pay using Credit or Debit card". See the picture below!

How long after the payment will my membership be updated?

Instantly. Right after you have made the payment your Standard membership should be changed to VIP and you will be able to send messages and/or use live chat.

I have payed but my membership did not change. What should I do?

This almost never happens. But in case your membership level does not change to VIP instantly after the payment please contact us.

It is important that you provide us with the following information in order to fix the issue as soon as possible:

  • Transaction#
  • Date of payment
  • Your e-mail
How can I stop my automatic recurring payments?

To change or cancel your automatic recurring payments, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile page, and click My Preapproved Payments.

 

You can also send us the transaction number and your First and Last name and we can cancel the automatic payments for you.

How can I cancel my profile?

If you want to cancel your profile in kvostava.us provide us with your e-mail and username and will do the rest for you.
